About

My aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment, where you can explore your challenges without being judged. I respect your right to privacy and confidentiality.

In addition to my Counselling Service, I also offer Mindfulness Training.

As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) I abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.  I receive regular supervision in accordance with BACP guidelines.  I am committed to my professional development and regularly attend training courses to keep up to date and further my knowledge.  I am currently training to become a counselling supervisor.

It is important that you choose the right counsellor for you, this is why I recommend an initial consultation to discuss your concerns, explain how I work, ascertain if you feel counselling would be helpful to you and answer any questions you may have.  After this session you are free to decide if you wish to work with me.

What I offer:   short- and long-term individual counselling for
adults (in person, by phone or on-line).

My fee:           £ 40.00 per session (50-60 mins)
